These tights are worth every dollar ($26). I wear black tights almost exclusively all winter, and now that I’ve discovered Spanx, I don’t bother with “opaques”. These are smooth, comfortable, and most of all durable–hence the value. I got the C size, even though I’m barely in that range (honest) because I didn’t want to avoid any risk of them being too small/short. I didn’t have to worry about them being too big– they are very forgiving in both directions.

These tights rock! I’m going on tight season number 2 with my black Spanx tights and I recommend them to everyone. They are high quality hosiery and they make my backside look perky in any dress or skirt. I plan on getting more colors this fall!

These are good tights. Opaque enough that you don’t see every flaw on your legs. I do feel these are not as matte as I would have liked (I like my tights without ANY sheen at all). The bodyshaping works good without making you feel too uncomfortable. For all you ladies who mentioned snags: I have been keeping my pantyhose and tights (in their plastic bag) in the freezer for years now (especially before wearing them the first time). This usually gets a chuckle by anybody that opens the freezer, however, it has helped my pantyhose and tights to stay ’snag-free.’

If you haven’t tried SPANKX yet, you’re really doing yourself a disservice. Yes, they cost more than traditional panty-hose. But the bodyshaping design and fabric really tighten-and-tuck in the areas that affect the drape of a skirt or even the way you look in pants. I have nicely shaped legs. But sometimes my tummy can be a bit bloated and poochey looking, especially after a big meal. Spankx totally tucks and trims without restricting my movement, blood circulation, breathing! They’re comfortable and figure flattering, so try ‘em out!
